Have you visited Spanish Lakes Fairways? The newest and largest Spanish Lakes community occupies 435 acres just east of I-95 and offers a wide array of recreational and social amenities for 55+ active adults.
Situated about 20 minutes from both downtown Vero Beach and downtown Fort Pierce, while also just four minutes from I-95 at Indrio Road, makes it easy to get to popular restaurants, shopping, and the many services and attractions the Treasure Coast and South Florida have to offer.
Foremost among the outdoor recreational options at Fairways is the community's own private 18-hole golf course, which is the largest golf course of all Spanish Lakes communities. Residents enjoy unlimited free golf as well as free use of all other amenities, as with all Spanish Lakes communities.
Other popular amenities include lighted shuffleboard, tennis courts, a softball field, horseshoes, bocce, and a dog park.
While the amenities are great, it's all the fun-loving people and the active resident-led clubs for many different hobbies and interests that make Fairways a community and a place to call home.
Spanish Lakes Fairways' own full-time Recreation Director John Krychiw manages a bustling schedule of social and recreational events at the Clubhouse Pavilion. Residents love the club-sponsored shows and dinner dances in the Auditorium. Live shows featuring acts from around Florida to Nashville and Canada fill the monthly calendar.
The sporting clubs facilitate great outdoor programs and competitions, as well as add to the calendar of events in the auditorium.
Together the 20 clubs and hobby venues like “Wine and Paint” and "Greeting Card Making,” available at Fairways, provide fun activity and entertainment for every resident.
